to Open First Online
Flagship Store
in China on JD.com

Kering Eyewear is preparing to expand its business horizons by signing a strategic partnership with JD.com, China’s largest retailer and the world’s third largest internet company by revenue.

This agreement will be marked by the opening of Kering Eyewear’s official flagship store on JD.com, where a diversified selection of optical frames and sunglasses from Kering’s world-leading luxury brands will be available to JD’s over 292 million customers.
Kering Eyewear will leverage JD.com's digital expertise, leading online position and extensive traffic enabling it to effectively reach the entire country. The dedicated store will offer a carefully curated selection of designs, shapes and fits from various brands included in Kering Eyewear’s luxury, sports and lifestyle portfolio.
JD.com's smart logistics system will also allow Kering Eyewear to provide its customers with reliable, outstanding customer service, ensuring timely deliveries and 24/7 pre-and-post sale assistance.

JD.com will act as the authorized distributor of authentic Kering Eyewear products across the market. Besides implementing the company’s business-to-consumer presence and direct distribution in China, the partnership will enable close control over merchandise circulation.
